("Flock of sheep" may not be an official name.)
A flock of sheep are the sheep that are seen in the third Wallace & Gromit short film A Close Shave and the Shaun the Sheep franchise.
History[]
Wallace & Gromit[]
The flock of sheep were taken from the farms by Preston, a robot dog, and Wendolene Ramsbottom, his owner. The sheep were loaded into a lorry and taken to be minced up and turned into dog food. Gromit once opened the door of the lorry to rescue and free Shaun, but accidentally freed the other sheep too, who took shelter in Wallace's home. The sheep helped to break the bars of the prison that Gromit was in to free him. The sheep were almost turned into dog food but were saved by Shaun hitting Preston with an anvil, causing him to jam the Mutton-O-Matic. By the end, the only sheep still at Wallace's home was Shaun.
Shaun the Sheep[]
Another flock of sheep appear in the Wallace & Gromit spin-off franchise, Shaun the Sheep. However, it is unknown if they are the same flock as the one in A Close Shave, as it has unique characters not present in the film, like Timmy.
